Tips for Selling File Downloads
File downloads are a popular way to share content at Monetized. You can create a new File Upload in three easy steps:
- From your Dashboard, select New Upload.
- On your new page, upload your file and add a screenshot. Write a content description so your customers know what they will be getting. Set your price, payment method, and privacy settings.
- It’s a good idea to add the word ‘Download’ to your page, either in the title or in the customizable Call to Action. This way your customers will understand that they will be downloading a file and not following a link.

Once your content is packed and priced, and your page is published, copy your new monetized link and open it in an Incognito window. This is what your customers will see when they land on your page:
